Workouts Updated Daily
The Swim Workouts To Go app posts new workouts to its site daily and offers both freestyle and stroke practices (see the Workout Focus section for the days of these workouts.) Written instructions are included under the Terminology page. Feel free to swim freestyle during designated stroke or stroke during freestyle sets if that better suits your training needs.

Swim Workouts To Go is produced by Charles River Masters Head Coach, Scott McInerney and Harvard Women’s Swimming Head Coach, Stephanie Morawski. Scott, a former D-III collegiate varsity swimmer and a long time masters swimmer and coach, has 12+ years of experience training athletes at all levels.

I'm on the road a lot but want to keep up my swim training as I compete in triathlons over the summer. These workouts are posted evenr day by 6AM but there are also months of previous workouts to choose from as well. I'd advise you to read the terminology first to have a better idea of what the coach intends for workouts.
Traveling Triathlete
As a swim coach and former swimmer I find this app to be a missing link for a quick idea for a swim workout. I can remember off season college training where I was in search of a different workout. Sometimes I simply don't even feel like writing up a well constructed swim workout which would end up leading me to not even going for a swim at all.

Masters Swim Guy
I love this app, it is a must have for advanced swimmers without access to a coach. Daily workouts are balanced, challenging and fun but also long (4000 to 5000 yards or meters). However, you can adjust distance to meet your needs.
